Description: Rhiannon  is a attractive young (age 17) woman, with flowing blonde hair, wide grey eyes, and pale soft skin.  Her form is slender and  she tends to dress in silks.

History and Personality: Rhiannon was born of a minor noble family in Tar Valon, somehow she was missed for the spark of the one power by the White Tower.  When the Tower split the Little Tower discovered her and started her training immediately.  One of several young accepted raised to the shaw (blue ajah) early to help fill the higher ranks and unbound by the oath rod.  She and her borderlands Warder named Yin, are known for their ability to gather information quickly and quietly.
