Sondra Blackwell-Scott - Mind Melter/Necromancer in Lake Vega (in Rifts universe)

A pic of poor Sondra in the city of Shenuit, she just couldn't keep any cloths and was exhausted 90% of the time from fights and running.  She died there but was resurrected later.
